For formal complaints about your personal data, platform conduct, or alleged violations of applicable law, write to the Grievance Officer: info@samajvivah.in
We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days (IT Rules) or 30 days (DPDP Act), as applicable.
Your Data Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Exercise your rights directly in the app:
- Download your data → Settings → Download My Data
- Delete your account → Settings → Delete Account
- Correct your information → Edit your profile
